  • (1) bell pepper, sliced
  • (2) broccoli crowns, chopped
  • (1) red onion, sliced
  • (1) cup carrots, matchstick or chopped
  • (1) cup snap peas
  • (2) garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • (1) tbsp ginger, grated
  • (¾) lb sirloin beef, cut into strips
  • (½) cup stir-fry sauce
  • s&p
  • extra virgin olive oil

directions.

  1. Heat wok over high heat with a couple tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  2. Add vegetables to wok and cook for about 10 minutes
  3. Remove cooked vegetables to a plate or bowl and add beef strips to wok
  4. Cook beef for a couple minutes, until browned
  5. Add cooked vegetables back to wok with cooked beef and stir
  6. After a 3 minutes of cooking, add stir-fry sauce and mix well
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes
  8. Plate and serve
