• Pizza dough
  • (½) lb chicken breast, chopped
  • (¼) cup buffalo wing sauce
  • (½) bell pepper, chopped
  • (½) cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • (6) oz mozzarella cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
  2. Heat sauté pan over medium-high heat with a little bit of olive oil
  3. Add chopped chicken to pan with a dash of salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes — it’s okay if chicken isn’t 100% cooked, it will finish in the oven on the pizza
  4. Toss cooked chicken and buffalo wing sauce in a bowl until combined
  5. Roll out dough evenly, until thin, and place on a baking sheet
  6. Sprinkle ¾ of the mozzarella cheese evenly on the dough
  7. Spread the buffalo chicken out over the cheese, then add the chopped bell pepper and tomatoes
  8. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the pizza
  9. Place the pizza in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese has melted and crust has browned
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes and cut into pieces before serving
