  • (2) 15 oz cans cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • (2) tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • (1) tbsp salt
  • (1) tsp pepper
  • (1) tbsp paprika

directions.

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika — and any other spices you might like
  3. Spread in one even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking pan every 10 minutes so chickpeas don’t stick/ burn
  5. Serve warm or room temperature (can also be stored in air tight container for future snacking!)
