- (1) cup dark chocolate, chopped
- (1) tbsp vegetable oil
- (2) tsp chili powder
- (2) cups raisins

- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
- Place small sauce pan over medium heat and add chocolate and oil
- Stir until melted (about 2 minutes)
- Once chocolate has melted, add chili powder and stir to combine
- Add raisins to melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated
- Place chocolate-covered raisins onto lined baking sheet and break up any large clumps
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set the chocolate
- Break up any clumps that may have formed
