• (1) cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • (1) tbsp vegetable oil
  • (2) tsp chili powder
  • (2) cups raisins


  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  2. Place small sauce pan over medium heat and add chocolate and oil
  3. Stir until melted (about 2 minutes)
  4. Once chocolate has melted, add chili powder and stir to combine
  5. Add raisins to melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated
  6. Place chocolate-covered raisins onto lined baking sheet and break up any large clumps
  7. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set the chocolate
  8. Break up any clumps that may have formed
