Cilantro Hummus
- (1) can garbanzo beans (about 15 oz), drained
- (⅓) cup sesame tahini
- (1) lime, zested
- (1) lemon, juiced
- (1) tsp cumin
- (2) garlic cloves, grated or pressed

Pita Chips
- (4) pita pockets, cut into eighths
- (2) tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- (1) tbsp kosher salt

Cilantro Hummus
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender
- Process or blend for about 10 minutes (this will vary on the power of your machine) until hummus is coarsely pureed
- Check for seasoning and adjust as necessary
- Serve at room temperature or chilled, with pita chips or veggies
Pita Chips
- Preheat oven to 375ºF
- Spread cut pita pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
- Sprinkle kosher salt over pita pieces and mix around until evenly coated
- Bake in oven about 10 minutes, until pita chips are browned
- Allow to cool before serving
