- (3) cups rolled oats
- (1) cup sliced almonds
- (1) cup chopped walnuts
- (¼) cup brown sugar
- (1) tsp cinnamon
- (2) tsp salt
- (¼) cup honey
- (2) tbsp maple syrup
- (½) cup vegetable oil
- (1) tsp vanilla extract
- (2) cups dried fruit, chopped (use a variety — I used ½ cup of each dried cherries, apricots, strawberries and golden raisins)

- Preheat oven to 300ºF
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats through salt and mix
- In a separate bowl, combine honey through vanilla extract and whisk together
- Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and stir until evenly combined
- Pour granola onto a baking sheet (or 2 baking sheets if you have smaller sized sheets) and spread evenly
- Bake in oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes so as not to burn the granola
- Remove baked granola from oven and pour back into a large bowl
- Add dried fruit to baked granola and stir until evenly combined
- Serve with your favorite yogurt or with some milk and enjoy!
