• (3) cups rolled oats
  • (1) cup sliced almonds
  • (1) cup chopped walnuts
  • (¼) cup brown sugar
  • (1) tsp cinnamon
  • (2) tsp salt
  • (¼) cup honey
  • (2) tbsp maple syrup
  • (½) cup vegetable oil
  • (1) tsp vanilla extract
  • (2) cups dried fruit, chopped (use a variety — I used ½ cup of each dried cherries, apricots, strawberries and golden raisins)

  1. Preheat oven to 300ºF
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats through salt and mix
  3. In a separate bowl, combine honey through vanilla extract and whisk together
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and stir until evenly combined
  5. Pour granola onto a baking sheet (or 2 baking sheets if you have smaller sized sheets) and spread evenly
  6. Bake in oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes so as not to burn the granola
  7. Remove baked granola from oven and pour back into a large bowl
  8. Add dried fruit to baked granola and stir until evenly combined
  9. Serve with your favorite yogurt or with some milk and enjoy!
