  • (2) bananas, diced
  • (¾) cup frozen peaches
  • (¾) cup frozen wild blueberries
  • (¾) cup strawberries, diced
  • (12) oz vanilla yogurt
  • (3) oz water

directions.

  1. In a blender*, add all of the ingredients
  2. Allow to sit for a few minutes to allow the frozen fruit to thaw a bit
  3. Blend ingredients until well combined and smooth, about 2-3 minutes
  4. Serve and enjoy!

*I don’t own a standard blender, so I put the ingredients in a container and used my immersion blender to get the same result.
