• (4) plums
  • (1) tbsp sugar
  • (2) tbsp balsamic glaze


  1. Heat grill over medium-high heat
  2. Cut up each plum into 4 sections
  3. Sprinkle plums with thin layer of sugar to help caramelize the flesh of the fruit
  4. Place plums flesh side down onto the heated grill and grill for about 5 minutes until beginning to char/caramelize
  5. Plate plums and drizzle with balsamic glaze, serve immediately

I enjoyed these grilled plums all on their own, but would be great to have over some vanilla ice cream or shortbread cookies!
