  • (3) cups water
  • (¾) cups white long grain rice
  • (1¼) cups milk — I used skim, but you can use any
  • (½) tsp vanilla
  • (½) tsp cinnamon
  • (¼) cup granulated sugar

directions.

  1. Add rice into water into a blender and pulse a few times to break up the rice
  2. Let the rice and water sit for at least an hour and a half (up to over night)
  3. Strain rice milk (optional) and add milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients
  5. Chill until ready to serve (recommended)
  6. Serve over ice with a sprinkle of cinnamon
