• (1) cup pure maple syrup
  • (ΒΌ) cup water
  • (1) tsp sea salt
  • (1) tbsp butter or oil
  • (8-12) cups popped corn


  1. Add maple syrup, water and sea salt into a sauce pan
  2. Boil over low heat for about 15 minutes until reduced
  3. Add butter and stir mixture, allow to cool for a few minutes
  4. Pour maple and sea salt mixture over popcorn
  5. Stir well to combine
