• Pizza dough
  • (6) oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • (2) oz prosciutto (about 4 thin slices), broken up into pieces
  • (2) tbsp fig jam/spread
  • (2) oz baby arugula
  • (1) tbsp balsamic glaze


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Roll out dough evenly, until thin, and place on a baking dish
  3. Sprinkle ½ the cheese over the dough
  4. Evenly place the pieces of prosciutto around the dough
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the prosciutto
  6. Dot the top of the flatbread with the fig jam
  7. Place the flatbread in oven for 15 minutes, until cheese has melted and started to brown
  8. Remove from oven and spread the baby arugula around evenly
  9. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the arugula
  10. Cut into pieces before serving
